Unfortunately, due to numerous malicious user accounts trying to do ‘bad stuff’ we have removed the ability to have an account on our website, all existing accounts were deleted.  Nothing bad happened to our knowledge and we do not store anything that would be considered overly sensitive or critical other that your mailing address and purchase history.  The site does not store CC data.

 

It’s just the world we live in, and a few bad apples, ruin it for everyone.  Let’s move forward and just take away that opportunity to do mischievous things.

 

If you need to know anything that would have been there, like purchase history or something, just send an email (sales@blackoakfoundry.com) or call 949-305-7372.  Tell us what you need, be fairly detailed and we’ll send it over.  Not a big deal.
